- Brake switch is adjustable usually just above the pedal under the dash there should be a switch with wires coming out from it. There should be a jam nut to undo. At least it is like this on my 67.5.

- Ben, Since both of your cars are 1600s, the rear axle ratio is 3.899 (3.9). They should be the same. It would be a good idea just to replace the seals, repack the bearings and replace the pressed on

- If you had parts, like bolts plated, you will find that the bolts have a larger diameter. This means that they are bigger now and may not thread into the original holes.
