I believe in marking to the outside of the pylons on both sides of the course/roadway. Afterall, the pylons are the penalty -- the lines are informational only. Having the line to the inside is conf

I prefer them inside, as you know, Don. But then I do focus on the cones and not the lines which are merely cues on which way the course goes. San Diego does not line their courses except at the Tour

BTW, the SD Tour handled 254(?) drivers quite nicely. Certainly they were mostly experienced, but then there were cone audit sheets and course walks between each group. My only complaint was that it
