Unless you region is fiscally confused, the autoxer's trophies are paid out of the autox checkbook and the road racer's trophies are paid out of the road racer's checkbook. I know not all regions do

I would say autoxers make better road racers when compared to a novice with no experience. You can see it on the track, they are smoother and usually faster. I'll let you know how a road racer does i

I have been autocrossing for 27 years and Solo 1 for 3, The autox skills definitely helped me. It just took a while to drive at the limit when you have the potential to hit something if you lose it.
