The good news... 04 Runoffs moved a week later than 03. The bad news... 04 Solo II Nationals also moved a week later. Runoffs will still follow immediately, just as they have for the last few years.

Yes, a hard top is required on all cars in SSB. However, an often misunderstood point is that there is no requirement in the GCR that the tops be OEM... only that you must have a hardtop. So even if
