I have used the POR 15 on an alpine project and it worked great. It really sticks to the metal and is thick. It makes an excellant base coat for the other colors like the black you mentioned. I used

I believe the late model Mustang 4 lug wheel will fit. That's '79 thru '85 mustang. And of course mercury capri 4 lug also from that same period will work. Maybe American Racing will recognize those
