- I have used acetone successfully but you have to be very careful. Use a clean soft cloth like from an old t-shirt. Put acetone on cloth and wipe the lens carefully, do not get carried away as the ace

- If you didn't already know, new lenses are available although they are a tad expensive. For $36 you can get a pair of new lenses from Moss. They are the clear variety, so if you must have the lenses
