- For the pins, get a nail about the same size. Cut almost all the way through with a hacksaw. Push the nail into place and bend back and forth until it breaks. This works great. Hope it helps you! - H

- Bill, if you're talking about what I think you are, it is part of the anti-runon system. It shuts off the vent to the float chamber when the engine shuts off and thereby cuts fuel flow to engine. - H

- Andy, one other thing you can try is bypassing the rheostat. Just connect the two wires going to it to the same terminal. There are two spades on each. This made my instruments significantly brighter

- Bill, you probably need to rebuild the PDWA. TRF has a kit. Whatever you do, don't overtighten the switch trying to stop the leak. It will cost you $30 for a new switch when you strip the threads on
