I recall one of the early Jefferson 500's, when Tullius & Furstenau buzzed
the track unannounced. They "strafed" the main straight during the race I
was in. Scared the crap out of a few of us, and the two guys ahead of me
spun off in Turn 1 because they were still looking up at the fighter planes.
I wish they'd do that every time!
