OK here goes
being in both the vintage car business and a lawyer for 19 years, I can say
I've met about an equal number of bad apples in each. Plus, I just have to
say, behind every unethical or money grubbing lawyer is an equally guilty
(of the same greed or lack of morality or whining) CLIENT. This is just my
opinion based upon the above 19 years in the trenches. I just did an
arbitration on a case that should not have been brought. Whose fault? the
lawyer or the whining "client." If that lawyer refused the case he would
have found somebody else. Like the guy that wants cheater parts on his car,
if we won't install them he will go down the block and get it done
elsewhere. Whose fault? Think about it. IT BEGINS AND ENDS WITH YOU. Ain't
no free lunch, that's for sure. Listen to Doug, you guys, he has it right.
OK, down off my soapbox, I got my flak jacket on, fire away!!!
Sincerely,
Susan
