Silicone is great for a toy that isn't driven much because it doesn't pick up moisture and doesn't eat off paint when things leak (think British) BUT it does tend to hold microscopic air bubbles in suspension than tend to make the pedal feel "soft" but not "spongy". They stop fine, but just feel different. Heat that fluid up as in a racing situation and it becomes intolerable. |
