However I have raced at both Laguna and Bathurst  in a FFand would put
Bathurst well ahead in the challenge stakes.  The place is absolutely
awesome whereas Laguna is just a great place for a motor race!

I'm sure you don't want to hear this but Bathurst also has a great
reputation for destroying the reputations of many 'great' american driver=
s.
 Over the years people like Johnny Rutherford and this year Scott Pruett
have all driven round well off the pace.  =


The reality is not that they are other than great drivers, but rather tha=
t
you simply can't learn Bathurst in the usual 20 laps.  To quote BTCC
champion Alain Menu this year in the Williams Renault Laguna "You can't
learn Bathurst in 3 hours"

Others perhaps can do your comparison with Road America ... or why don't
you all come over and have a race with us?
