Such an arrangement would not be legal in most vintage racing circles, and
certainly not with VARAC and CASC in Canada.  I immediately suspected that
the tube was a radiator overflow - some engine builders recommend plumbing
the rad overlow directly to the drivers seat, to encourage not over-heating
the engine!

Anyway, all fluids must go to a catch tank - no exceptions!  Antifreeze is
slipperier than oil, so don't let it onto a track at any cost!
