Uhh, compared to Budweiser, I'm afraid they are small fry. Perhaps
Chrysler could take a more active role in the coverage of the events
they sponsor, like Monterey and Palm Springs. At least they ARE car
people.

Oh, thanks a lot! (from an open wheel driver) Harrumph! The tiny F3
Coopers and Lotus Juniors led the mid-engine revolution that eventually
turned Indy on its ear. I claim there is SOMETHING significant and
air-worthy about every race group. All they need to do is find out what
it is and mention it. I like the suggestion that the organizers and
drivers could do more to provide background info to the media. It's
still not clear they (the media) would want to spend the time to go thru
it unless they are PAID to go thru it.

How about a V-12 Lagonda running with Model T's? There was a race with
another Lagonda, or perhaps a blower Bently being pursued by Austin 7's
and Morgan trikes. The announcer said it was like a real car being
chased by gnats.

>Yeah, I'd "crew for ya!"

Alright then, haul that 200 pound camera up to the top of the Corkscrew.
What are you waiting for? Hustle yer ass! Jackie Stewart is doing demo
laps in a Chapparal! ;=)
