Could it be the green wire for the turn signal flasher ?  Or possibly brake
light switch ?

If nothing else, you could always connect them one at a time, and see which
devices work.  Assuming the harness follows the color codes, it won't hurt
anything to hook a green wire to the fuse block.  Besides, that's a fused
circuit, so the worst that could happen is a blown fuse.

I've resuscitated several of them by removing the points assembly and
pulling out the pushrod below them, that carries motion from the diaphragm
inside to the points.  The hole tends to get dirty and/or corrode, causing
the pushrod to stick.  Still not sure what is best to prevent more
corrosion/dirt, but a very thin layer of white grease on the pushrod seems
to help.
