Must not have been H6 then.  I've never had a set of seals last 4 years of daily
driving.

Maybe because the cars only cost half as much ?

All SUs are NOT created equal, any more than all Zenith-Strombergs are created
equal.  To me, a lot of this discussion stems from comparing apples to oranges
... a non-emissions carb is ALWAYS easier to adjust and keep adjusted than an
emissions version, no matter who makes it.  Comparing an SU H6 to a ZS CD2SEV (I
have both and they both have good & bad points) is like comparing a Ferguson
tractor to a TR6 and saying the tractor is better because it won't get stuck
pulling a plow.
