List,
First of all Merry Christmas to you all.......
My present came a litle early in that I FINALLY got my motor back!!!!
Oh happy days.
But, the crankshaft stub shaft is hitting the timing cover.....I have
the revington 1/2 inch pulley in the stub shaft which requires bolts
inserted from the rear of the stub shaft out through the front.
Which would be the same if I were using a standard extension shaft.
Am I missing some shims or did I miss something else???
I have thought about taking the bolts out and grinding them to give me
the clearance I need but that doesn't seem right.
Has anyone used the revington conversion and what did you have to use to
get the clearance?
It only took 15 months to get the motor back, and I don't want to set it
in the frame until it's ready.
Thanks in advance.
