Simpler than that, since it is a pipe thread, you can replace the plug with
bushings and hose barb and fit the tube from your oil pump and pressure feed it
from underneath. You'll have to guess as to when it is full but if you put
in the amount in the specifications you should be really close.
Be sure to include a valve so you can shut it off when you remove the tube.
