Thanks for the instructions--that was what I was looking for. It's funny, but
(as is true in many fields) lots of instructions you run across assume a
certain level of knowledge that a true beginner just doesn't have. As someone
who has earned a certain mastery of other subjects, it is a bit humbling (and
instructional) to be a true beginner again, starting from zero.
It's kinda fun, really.
