Randall I agree about the gloves.  I use nitrile ones that have no powder
coating on the inside.  This lessens the likely hood of skin reactions to
the gloves.  Latex can show a nasty allergic reaction definitely not
something I want.  The nitriles still split though and its always when your
doing a really dirty job and its too inconvenient to change them.
