Despite rumours in the press to the contrary, 4 Star 'leaded' petrol is not
being phased out in the UK. In fact the number of small garages offering it
is still growing - see http://www.leadedpetrol.co.uk/
However, Lead Replacement Petrol (LRP) - basically unleaded with undisclosed
additive - is being phased out due to lack of demand.
