It looks like the stop under the lower A-arms will hold everything in place
when I remove start removing nuts and bolts, but I thought I'd check with the
brain trust first. I'd hate to have something spring out on me!

I would not rely on the bump stop alone, I would suggest you compress
the spring to its resting position because the lower pan will be free to
expand where you will probably need a compressor to align it after the repair.
