According to the Bently shop manual reprint, the mechanical
advance for my TR4A should be as follows:
RPM Advance
225 none
350 0-2
600 5-7
800 9-11
1200 9-11
>From the low RPM range, am I correct to assume they
are refering to distributor RPM (1/2 engine RPM)?
If so, would the advance also be at the distributor
(again, 1/2 of the crank advance)? And if that's
all correct, is the 4 degress static advance also
at the distributor?
