I believe, but cannot prove, that your chart has speed in distributor
rpm, but advance in crankshaft degrees. The 4 degree BTDC static timing
is definitely in crank degrees, and the Haynes manual specifies that the
11 degree max centrifugal advance is in crank degrees.
