Scott without the full weight (and if your leaf spring is not collapsed),
the rear will be higher and the wheels would tend to tuck under.

One other possibility is if you installed gas charged shocks on the
rear.  I have discovered that the KYB and others of the same design
will make the car lift when it should not.

The thing should settle down once the rest of the weight is put back.
But you ought to consider adding a camber compensator that will reduce
the car's tendency to tuck the wheels when you are doing hard
