Enjoying the facetious comments on this, I would still be inclined to
think that the auctioneer intends this to mean that it's not 114,000 or
214,000 miles, indicating that the odometer has not rolled over or been
fiddled with. At least, I hope that's what he means... otherwise it
could be much more  complicated to explain. <smile>
