A 1970 MGB-GT was my primary car for 4 years in the 80's. I commuted 50
miles per day with it in summer and winter, with lots of salt on the roads
too. The rocker panes rotted out and had to be replaced, but mechanically
it was OK. Well, not quite, now that I think back. Replaced clutch, master
cylinder, slave cylinder, etc etc. I enjoyed the car a lot though. At
least it had crank-up windows!
