Mike,
Yes, The trick is to take your TR6 to a professional paint and body guy, who
is familiar with TR6's and have him do it. My hood was removed after paint
and parts replacement to install the rebuilt engine. Hood alignment has
never been the same. My appointment is June 21st. I had to wait a month. The
guy is good! He works on a lot of Rolls, and exotic Italian cars. In my
opinion it will be money well spint. Nothing pisses me off more than a nice
TR6, that doesn't align correctly. Just my 2 cents.
