George, on the TR4 that's not the problem. The water pump pulley is up top
and poses no problem. The fan extension has the crankshaft pulley attached at
the rear. That's the problem. The belt is too thick to fit between the fan
extension and the steering tube crossmember, which is under the fan
extension. Jacking the engine gives enough clearance to get the belt past
the steering tube crossmember and onto the crankshaft pulley. Cheers.
