Even if it were true (and it's not) the TR6 would still be a better car
to own. It looks better! Now you might say that I am just a TR guy and
have a prejudiced opinion. I have owned two MG's ('52 TD and '67 B) and
I liked them both. But neither are the car that the TR6 is. But trust
your instincts. If you like the MGB, buy it because you do. But don't
think for an instant that it will out power the TR6.
