What you describe on your car is correct. I have
a '70 & '74 TR6, and both are the same as your car.
Then again, maybe mine are both wrong, too?
Is your Autopress manual solely for the TR6, or does
it cover other Triumph models as well? I seem to
think that the Spitfire is set up the way you
describe.
