Not to appear argumentative,but I have received several replies to my
problem which suggest that the clutch fork pin may be broken. I do not
think this is the case, as the travel of the release fork cross shaft
appears to be somewhat less than what I would expect. I looked at this
carefully before I put the tunnel cover back on. What I may try doing is
move the actuator rod from the slave cylinder to the uppermost position
on the cross shaft arm. This will increase the pedal effort, but will also
maximize the arc through which the cross shaft travels. Again, any help is
appreciated.
