Stock TR6 rims are 5.5"x15". 205/70R15 tires should fit fine.
There is a web page evolving with this frequently asked question. So
far, it just has Bob Lang's discussion on TR6 tires. (He went with 215/70R15
on the stock 5.5" rims.)
