Its a shame you couldn't get it reliable in 20 years...
A full restore is always nice though.
Engine compartment should be body color, my car was Midnight Blue too and if I
ever get around to it, I think I may go back to original too.
A 5.0/5speed transforms the car to a modern car. you won't wan to go back. I
just have a stock cam Mustang engine but its awesome fast
and loves to cruise at 80 with good mileage.
I use my 4-post lift to drop the engine/tranny out the bottom, worked slick. I
wouldn't try to hang it over the end though.
