Ron,
My IA, 382001570, came with a PCV valve with a hose fitting.  I'm the
original owner and I know it came that way.  That style of PCV valve must
have been introduced before the MKII and the 289.  I suspect that it
appeared at about the same time that the B19KC engine was introduced.  My
engine is a numbers-matching B19KC.
