David, Listers,
The "Jaguar" rear end in this case is live axle, not IRS. Also, according to
Mike Taylor's account, Alan Fraser (not Frasier) prepared a special 4.2
litre with HiPo 289 heads and crankshaft and four twin-venturi 45DCOE Weber
carbs that required notching the firewall. The engine developed 300-325 HP.
The car was lowered 2.5 inches and the 4.7:1, parallel link suspension, and
gearbox were transferred from ADU 180B. Unett had put a 289 in ADU 180B,
but the Monster Tiger had a 260.

Hmm--Jag rear suspension, you say?
I haven't been able to access Norm's site through Theo's link yet--I
assmume all the time-out's are because the rest of you Tiger fanatics
are getting there first :-)
BUT--has anyone got pictures of this Jag suspension under either the
Monster Tiger or from back when it was in Darrell's car before it got
put back the way it is now?
Regards
