Short answer: No problems.

Your note made me re-read the warning carefully. "The Ignitor is compatible
with any "Point Type" after-market of OEM coil regardless of voltage
output."

The paragraph with the phrase "40,000 volt coil" is an advertisement for
_their_ high performance coil.

The only considerartion is whether the Lucas Sport coil has the minimum 1.5
ohms of resistance across the the "+" and "-" poles that the Ignitor needs.
I just checked with my multimeter and the Lucas Sport coil has 3 ohms of
resistance across poles.
