Terry is correct.  I am thinking about replacing the bearing in this
pump and using it on my '68 Spit along with the same housing.  I
wouldn't DREAM of not fixing it first.  The bearing in there is really
bad and it helps that my neighbor owns a machine shop and has offered
to help with the car whenever possible.  So this may be my first use
of his services if i can't tear it down myself.
