A couple of small questions

Hello, 

I was wondering:

I remember hearing a mention of the existence of
a rebuild kit, or at least the O-rings, for a old-style
PDWA valve.  Does anyone know anything about this?
The old style uses small O-rings with a square instead of
round cross-section.

Also, someone a couple of weeks ago mentioned the maximum
recommended total advance for a Spit engine.  Does anyone
recall the value?
