While you should be able to buy as many of the "parts" as you want at one time,
they may not be able to sell them to you as an assembled "vehicle."  One
possibility is that they don't have the title, another is that the title is
"branded" as not being legally rebuildable.

One approach:  Assuming the rocker panels are rusted, cut across the body floor
from one rocker panel to the other and take only the rear half (that's the part
most in demand).  Then come back a few weeks later and buy the front half (cowl,
dash, etc.).  Then come back for the frame.  As Haynes says, "Assembly is the
reverse of disassembly."
