The color of the block is black, the color of the valve cover is orange, and
the color of the intake is silver (a Weber DGV carb) I am interested in a
metallic color for the exhaust manifold so it would be a similar color of
the intake. The paint I plan on getting can withstand 1200 degrees
Fairenhight.

What color is the block and valve cover? Intake?
We'll need more info than the below to make a good judgement!! <grin>
Seriously, I always tended towards black or red for the exhaust, and
aluminum for the intake. My block is black (which I would change, in
retrospect, to either a light blue or a dark red. The car's green, so a
green block wouldn't look good), and my intake is aluminum, with a black
header and a valve cover matched to the car's exterior. Looks good with the
mirror look of the SUs. Paul Tegler has some pretty good polishing tips on
his site.

I just want some opinions on the color I should paint my exhaust manifold.
I was leaning toward aluminum...
I'm not looking to go 100% original, just what looks good...
