They just implemented incremental privileges for teen drivers here in
Oregon.  Teens now have hours of operation, GPA (if they are still in
school), the number and ages of passengers a teen driver may have in their
car, and various other restrictions depending on the age and driving
experience of the teen.

Gee, I sure hope this makes life safer for my Spitfire when it's on the
road.
