Well, I vote he has no clue what he's talking about. What I learned was
that static and spin balancing were not the same thing. Static was done
with a bubble balance without spinning. Spinning meant spinning. There
was spinning on the car and spinning off the car, but I don't think anyone
does it on the car anymore.
I don't know why they would balance front and back differently, seems like
balanced is balanced regardless of front or rear.
