or you can make an adapter; I've done it and it works reasonably well.

I have a half dozen or so of the Yankee screwdrivers (I see them all the 
time at antique and junk stores for a couple of bucks) and if I was 
going to start using them again I would probably get the Lee Valley 
adapter setup.
