Any place that sells motors & industrial equipment should have
something similar.
I punched up Grainger: http://www.grainger.com/ under motors &
power / supplies / capacitors
The voltage and capacitance are the critical things (well, it has to
physically fit, too) The "uf" is micro-farads, the Grainger site
abbrevs. it "MFD", and you may see other variations as well.
