Should be available from any industrial or motor supply house. For example, P/N 7245K57 at http://www.mcmaster.com/ "AC Motor-Start Capacitor 708-850 Rating, 1-13/16" Case Dia, 110-125 Vac" would be a fine substitute; assuming it's 3-3/8" length will fit in your space.
