Try to tack down the location of the blockage. Since
the kitchen and bathroom sinks drain properly, they
must feed into your sewer line downstream from the
spot where the line is blocked. If you have
access to the pipes in the basement or crawl space,
you can tell if the pipes are full by taping on them. Cast
iron pipes will make a sort of dull ringing sound when
you strike them with your knuckles if they are empty.
If full of water, the pipe will sound full.
If you are lucky, you may have a cleanout plug where
you can get in with a snake. If not, call a plumber.
