Joe -
Glad to hear you like my retro 50's era hotrod look....black primer, red
wheels, baby moons, trim rings, rake, and mooneyes logo. I lowered the
front using mono springs from Jim Durant. The front bumper is an
aluminum alloy from Briz Bumpers "ripple look" like the old '49
Plymouth. The "primer" is actually John Deere Blitz Black semi-gloss
topcoat. The wheels are custom made 8 lug 15in powder coated red from
Stockton Wheel. The rear tires are WW "cheeter slicks" and the other
three are from Coker tire. The hubcaps are repro original Chevy 3/4 ton
pu from Chevy Duty. I tried baby moons but had trouble denting them
when mounting. I had to take the clips off my original 17" wheels and
put them on the new 15" ones. I am putting on Fenton Headers with
"smittys" and dual side pipes under the running boards next.
The spare tire mount is from Bass Pro Shops truck catalog...I am trying
to find the info. It was only about $28. and bolted on real easy with
just a little modification. I will get back to you with the phone #
asap.

I'd like a little more detail on the mount and especially the truck......IT
LOOKS SHARP!!!!
Could you tell me if those are baby moons or original rims with the stock
Chevy hub caps. Is that paint or DP-90 Primer? Love the look of the rims
and it really goes good with the body color!
Oh, lets not forget the Moon logo on the fenders that the final finishing
touch that brings it all together!
Great Job!!!!
