Well, as a matter of fact (blush), I put one in backwards once, grrrr. Since it was my car I just put in a short Zerk fitting. Made it harder to get the grease gun on it but I was afraid the long one might get knocked off. The only other thing to do is take the cotton-picker back apart and reassemble it correctly.
