Just to throw a "me too" into the mix, I also have been running on
'nolathane' bushings for three years of a mix of road and track and they
are still hanging in there really well. I can't tell if they are the
cause or just a contributor to the "eyeball rattling" suspension because
I have had other things done which would also cause a bit of that, but I
think you will find a degree of added harshness.
I would agree that polyurethane bushings are the way to go. My
suspension is now 'all V8' under a puny 4 cylinder block.
