If the shop is very far from the garage, a toilet, or even urinal
is good. A urinal can be put in with a dry well, so you don't
need to put in the sewer lines. All that is needed is one fresh
water line.
You may also want a receptical in a covered box in the floor.
This is especiallyt true if you use a table saw in the middle of
the floor, but store it against a wall when not in use.
Consider putting in a 220 volt outlet on both sides of the shop.
In case you want to move an air compressor, or welder.
